Rooting at the woodland edge.
We use the pigs to help maintain our pasture edges. They do a great job rooting to keep the grass growing while also stomping out invasive species who thrive in that edge environment. The pigs help us do the work of clearing brush and turning soil, we just open and close the right gates at the right times. Their active, foraging life creates deeply marbled and unique cuts you have to try for yourself.
